Juliette Montauk has 20 years experience in development for the arts.  After graduating from University of California, Berkeley with a major in business and minor in arts, Juliette danced professionally for many years. 

Her career on the business side of the arts started with freelance marketing, fundraising, and event planning for several NYC arts and university organizations.  She was then hired as a manager for the Anchor Foundation, where she raised funds and allocated grants.  Juliette then went on to work for an arts center in NYC, which housed an off-Broadway theater, art gallery, film festival, and over 40 classes in culture. 

Juliette moved to Charlotte and 2003 and  joined The Light Factory in 2005.
