Submission guidelines
How do I participate in the 2007 Members Square Pin-up Show?

• You must be a member of The Light Factory. Click here to become a member or to renew your membership.
• It is suggested that your work be square!
• If your piece is very large you should call ahead to ensure the gallery can accommodate it.
• Your work must be a “pin-up.” This means your print will be affixed to the wall with pins or nails. It will not be behind glass, in a frame or suspended from the ceiling.
• Your work can be any medium. Three-dimensional and video work is acceptable, but you must provide your own equipment.
• When you submit your work, it must be accompanied by an entry form, available online (link is at the end of the page.) There are also entry forms available at TLF reception area.
• If you are dropping your work off (instead of mailing or shipping it) please call ahead to ensure a staff member is available to assist you. Do NOT leave your work in the hands of anyone EXCEPT a member of The Light Factory staff.
• If you would like your work mailed back to you, please provide a return envelope complete with shipping address and correct postage.

Deadlines: Your work is due on Friday, April 13, 2007. If you can’t reach this deadline, please call Gallery Manager, Linnea Beyer for an extension.

Important dates:

• Fri. May 4: 2007 Members Square Pin-Up Show opens with an opening reception from 6 to 9 p.m.
• Fri. July 13: Show closes
• Fri. July 21: Piece will be ready to pick up
• Tues. Aug. 21: Last day to pick up your piece. (The Light Factory does not guarantee your work past this date!)
