Are you a professional or amateur filmmaker looking to make a spooky mark on the movie industry? Enter The American Zombie Horror Film Contest.
We’re looking for the area’s (and the nation’s) most macabre directors to shoot their best short horror films. Finalists will be judged by George A. Romero himself! The grand-prize winner of the contest will win a private cocktail party with Romero, a VIP screening of the film at The American Zombie event on Friday, Sept. 19th, a world premiere Web broadcast presented by Creative Loafing and much, much more.
Read over the rules, fill out the entry form and throw your hat in the flesh-eating world of moviemaking. Entries due August 11, 2008.
